Grow Up and Get Over It

It never fails. If comments are allowed anywhere Huckabee or Romney are mentioned; some Romneyite always calls Huckabee and/or his supporters bigots. They refuse to believe some people ruled out Romney for president or vice-president because of his liberal record or because others believe someone else is better qualified.

Not all conservatives follow their leaders like a flock of stupid sheep. That is good, because Romney was able to literally buy the support of some religious leaders by sending sizeable donations and/or chairs with a note stating there would always be a place at his table. Many were shocked to see their leaders sell out so easily.

Those that did their own research have also been enlightened to media bias among both liberal and conservative “experts” during this election season. The obvious bias would be laughable if it weren’t for the fact that some followers actually fell for their “reporting” and opinions.

The childish crying of religious bigotry by Romney and his supporters is laughable. It is hilarious that they get “offended” by a question about the Mormon religion. News Flash: Asking questions from someone that knows more about something than you do is not bigotry. If Mormons truly have a problem with what their religion teaches; why don’t they change religions to one they can accept and defend? Haven’t media “experts” asked questions about Obama staying in a church that taught things “normal” people don’t agree with or find offensive? Many also said Kerry’s flip flops were a good enough reason not to vote for him. Yet, they “endorsed” Romney or try to promote him as a “good“choice for VP. That is either a joke or hypocrisy.

If Huckabee received over 90% of the evangelical votes; then Romneyites would have a justifiable reason to call his supporters bigots. Evangelical Christians voted for Romney almost as equally as they did any other candidate. Romney received extremely high percentages of Mormon votes. (Over 90% in some areas) Yet, it’s the Romneyites that scream “religious bigotry.” Sad to say, there was some religious bigotry involved during the elections on both sides. Supporters on both sides need to grow up and get over it. I wish ALL the religious bigots would keep there bigotry to themselves. Some of us don’t want to hear it. Besides, we’re on to your excuses
